While the emphasis at our ranch is on horses and
horseback riding, we feel that healthy culinary
enjoyment is also a vital part of life here. Salads
come fresh from the garden, ranch raised beef and
lamb are served, and bread is baked in the kitchen
ovens. Those of you who return to the ranch each
year will be familiar with Alex, our talented head
cook who will be returning for her eighth season;
she and her team produce outstanding meals and have
established quite a reputation. We also cater to
special diets.
Here are some typical menus:
Breakfast:
Bitterroot guests start the day with a breakfast
of eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausage and
toast, if they wish. There are also fresh fruit, muffins, cereals, orange
