While the emphasis at our ranch is on horses and horseback riding, we feel that healthy culinary enjoyment is also a vital part of life here. Salads come fresh from the garden, ranch raised beef and lamb are served, and bread is baked in the kitchen ovens. We also cater to special diets.

Breakfast:
Bitterroot guests start the day with a breakfast of eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausage and toast, if they wish. There are also fresh fruit, muffins, cereals, orange juice and a house favorite, our traditional steel cut oats cooked overnight (far better than the instant variety).
Lunch:
Rainbow, Cutthroat or Brown Trout, (fresh from the line of Bayard or his guests!) baked in White Wine, Almonds and Parsley
