The Required Booking Forms Before a reservation for the Bitterroot Ranch is considered final, we must have the
following: Deposit
Completed and signed
Reservation Form
(PDF format - opens in a new window for printing)
Signed Bitterroot Activity Agreement
Signed Equitours Indemnity Agreement
The Reservation Form is required to finalize a
reservation because it includes a line for your signature. This form should be
printed, filled out by hand, signed and faxed or posted to us. It includes a place
to enter your credit card information in order to make a deposit or final
payment.
The two release forms: Bitterroot Ranch Activity Agreement
and Indemnity and Equitours Recreational Activity
Release and Indemnity Agreement are also required to finalize a reservation.
These two forms can be printed, signed, and then either faxed or posted to us.
