All payments can be made by personal check, money order, wire or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Before making a payment be sure to familiarize yourself with our booking policies as listed below.

If paying by credit card, your payment and personal information is always safe. Our payment system’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
The deposit to reserve a week at the ranch is $800 per person. Promptly after receiving your deposit, we will send you a booking packet with the following materials: detailed information about the ride, the suggested packing list, trip insurance brochure, and credit card receipt (if applicable).
We send an invoice for the final payment approximately 70 days before the ride begins, and payment is due 45 days before the ride. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which payment is not received by the due date.
Deposits are not refundable. We will refund 50% of the final payment if notice is given 31 days or more before the trip begins. No refund will be given for cancellations 30 days and under. We will do what we can on a case by case basis to facilitate a later visit to the ranch.
Travel Protection Plan
In today’s changing travel environment, it’s important to protect your trip investment so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss or even an unexpected sickness or injury could impact your travel plans. Equitours recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more.

Plans provide insurance coverage for your trip that applies only during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home and automobile policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer, insurance agent or broker. The purchase of an insurance plan is not required in order to purchase any other travel product or service offered to you by your travel retailers.
Limitations of Liability
Bitterroot Ranch is not responsible for airline accidents or delays, loss of luggage, or medical and customs regulations. The Bitterroot Ranch retains the ability to alter an itinerary due to unforeseeable circumstances. For the protection of all participants, the ranch reserves the right to prevent anyone from riding whose behavior endangers the safety of other riders, themselves, or the horses. No refund will be made to a participant who is removed for any such reason, or who is unwilling or unable to complete a vacation at the ranch.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
