If paying by credit card, your payment and personal information is always safe. Our payment system’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
The deposit to reserve a week at the ranch is $800 per person. Promptly after receiving your deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation with full details about your stay including ranch contact information as well as travel and packing suggestions. Once your deposit is completed it is considered non-refundable but otherwise entirely flexible to be transferred to a new date without penalty.
Equitours (a sister company of the ranch that handles our bookings at no extra cost to you) will invoice final payments, due about a month before your stay.
Deposits collected to confirm bookings are not refundable but will be considered fully transferrable without penalty if travel restrictions or other COVID-19 related complications keep you from your intended visit. The deposit will be held a credit on file to be applied to your next trip to the ranch, with no expiration. Postponements made after final payments have been completed will depend on timing, but we will make every effort to roll over the full amount to another date.
Travel Protection Plan
In today’s changing travel environment, it’s important to protect your trip investment so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss or even an unexpected sickness or injury could impact your travel plans. Equitours recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more. Limitations of Liability
Bitterroot Ranch is not responsible for airline accidents or delays, loss of luggage, or medical and customs regulations. The Bitterroot Ranch retains the ability to alter an itinerary due to unforeseeable circumstances. For the protection of all participants, the ranch reserves the right to prevent anyone from riding whose behavior endangers the safety of other riders, themselves, or the horses. No refund will be made to a participant who is removed for any such reason, or who is unwilling or unable to complete a vacation at the ranch.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
