All payments can be made by personal check, money order, wire or credit card. Before making a payment be sure to familiarize yourself with our booking policies as listed below.
- Send checks and money orders payable to Equitours by mail to: P.O. Box 807, 10 Stalnaker Street, Dubois, Wyoming 82513
- Send a wire transfer to our local bank, please ask us for account details.
- Pay via Wise into the Equitour Ltd Wise account.
- Pay by ACH (E-check) or credit card using the personal booking link sent to you via email. You will be required to select the pricing plan that we confirmed with you (sharing, single, etc) and then can make subsequent payments via your payment link at any time. Please note that payments made with a credit card will incur a 3% processing fee. These payments are processed by Stripe. If you manually enter banking details to pay by ACH, please be prepared to verify your account with Stripe.
Regardless of payment method, you will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of deposit confirming the total prices and upcoming payment schedule, and another with full trip details including contact information, packing list, etc.
Deposits collected to confirm bookings are not refundable or transferable. Final payment is due 45 days before the trip begins and 50% of that final payment will be refunded if cancellation notice is given 31 days or more before the trip begins. Travel insurance should be purchased from an independent provider at the time of booking, as the Bitterroot Ranch does not guarantee any further refund. No refund will be given for cancellations 30 days and under.
